The conditionally admitted undergraduate students can apply to NC State for on-campus housing.   

The IEP-Only students  are not eligible for on-campus housing. However, the links below include housing options close to NC State's main campus.  

 


IEP-Only students *off-campus housing options are listed below:

University Towers (UT) — A private residence hall next to the NC State campus. UT is NOT considered to be NC State on-campus housing.

Student Groups — Many international students find housing through the student group from their country; see the sub-list of multicultural groups on this link.

IHPS Homestays — Students can make arrangements for homestays through International Housing Placement Service (IHPS). Their emphasis is on safe, quality and affordable housing with hosts who are pre-screened, interested in cultural exchange and happy to open their home to a student.

New Mind Education  —  (Undergraduate Preparatory Program) Offers housing and meals, as well as trips, classes, advising, and more services.
