IEP-Only Welcomes High-Intermediate to Advanced English Language Learners

North Carolina State University’s Intensive English Program (IEP) is a full-time, non-credit academic program for international students offered in both fall and spring semesters. This program is designed for high-intermediate to advanced English language learners interested in sharpening their English proficiency in all skill areas. All IEP classes are held on NC State’s main campus.

Acceptance into the Intensive English Program is separate from conditional and full degree admission to NC State.  IEP-Only students are not guaranteed admission to degree programs. During their time with the IEP, these students can apply directly to the NC State Office of Undergraduate or Graduate Admissions.
