2014-2015 Office of Outreach & Engagement Seed Grants: Funds are available to be awarded for selected proposals related to extension, engagement and economic development activities for the 2014-2015 fiscal year. The maximum award will be $10,000 per proposal request. Call for proposals now closed.

Research & Innovation Seed Funding Program: The RISF program is designed to assist NC State researchers in developing innovative interdisciplinary programs that have strong potential for significant future support from government agencies, corporations, industrial consortia or foundations. Encouraged are projects that align with NC State’s strategic research areas of health and well-being, energy and environment, safety and security, or advanced materials and advanced manufacturing. Proposals should be of high risk/high gain and describe how the project will result in new areas of research for NC State.  Call for proposals now closed.


The Arthur B. Moss Travel grant helps doctoral candidates travel abroad to make presentations and showcase NC State's academic prowess.
